FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

HOW DO I CHOOSE WIDTH?
We will always ship a medium if no width is indicated. You can indicate width in the quantity field of the order form ie 1medium or 1EEwidth.

HOW DO I ORDER MORE THAN ONE STYLE?
Our order system only accepts orders for one style per order. If you want additional styles in the same order, please email or call with additional items and we will add them to your order and ship together.

I'M NOT SURE OF THE PROPER SIZE
All of our men's styles run true to size. Most of our women's styles run long. This is indicated in the description of the styles that do run long. Most go down a half size from the regular US size. You can also send us the measurements of your foot.

HOW TO MEASURE YOUR FOOT
Measure your foot while standing in a sock you want to wear with the shoes. Place a piece of paper against the wall on a hard surface floor. Then place you foot on the paper with your heel against the wall. Mark the end of your longest toe and the width at the ball of your foot. It is easiest if someone else marks the paper. Send us the length and width measurements along with your regular shoes size and we will get the closest possible fit. Do not fax a tracing the size is distorted by the fax.
