WE MAKE EVERY ATTEMPT TO SHIP YOUR ORDER THE NEXT BUSINESS DAY OFTEN IT WILL BE SHIPPED THE SAME DAY. PAYMENTS MADE BY ECHECK OR PERSONAL CHECK WILL BE HELD UNTIL CLEARED BY THE BANK WHICH IS USUALLY 7-10 DAYS. OUR REGULAR DOMESTIC SHIPPING IS UPS GROUND AT $8.50 FOR ONE PAIR. SOMETIME AT OUR DISCRETION WE WILL USE THE POST OFFICE. ADDITIONAL PAIRS ARE SHIPPED AT NO ADDITIONAL CHARGE. THIS IS AUTOMATICALLY ADDED TO YOUR ORDER. We do ship to PO boxes and APOs if that is the only way you can get delivery, shipping is usually delay acouple days as we do not get to the post office every day.
Shipping to Canada is $19.50 for one pair. The additional $11.00 will be charged seperately when the order is shipped

CARE AND BREAK-IN
We want you to be happy with your new saddles. We wanted to pass along a few tips on sizing,break-in and care of your saddles:
Please note the sizing comments in each style's description. They are
not all the same.
We wear all of our styles on a regular basis so that we can give the
best help with sizing.
Please try them on a carpeted floor. They should be snug, but not overly
tight.
They will stretch and break-in. You may want to start with a thinner
sock than
you ultimately want to wear with them. Once you have determined that
they are
the proper size, wear them a couple of times around the house for a
coupleof
hours. You will find that they quickly start stretching
and become more
comfortable. Soon they will be old friends. Most day to day dirt
and scuffs can be wiped off
with a warm, damp cloth or paper towel. We have found that Meltonian
leather
lotion is excellent for softening and cleaning the leather. The
soles on the styles with
leather soles with seem very stiff at first, they also break-in quickly.
Regular use of shoe trees will help keep them look new for a long time.
EXCHANGES AND RETURNS
WHAT IF THEY DONâT FIT?? ; (
Email or call us and we will do our best to get the proper size right
out to you.
Since many of our styles come in different widths as well as sizes,
please notice
whether they too big or small in both length and width. Send them back
within 14 days
by whatever shipping method is most convenient for you.
WHAT IF YOU DONâT LIKE THEM??
We find it difficult to imagine that you won't like our shoes. But,
if that is the case,
we accept exchanges for style or returns within 14 days
provided the shoes have not been worn
outside or off carpet or otherwise abused. A copy of the original receipt
must accompany returned item.
A credit to your credit card or refund (if paid by cash or check) will
be issued upon their return.
Actual shipping cost will be deducted. Returns that are
past the 14 day period and/or
cannot be sold as new will be subject to a restocking fee.
PRIVACY
We do not sell or share your personal information with anyone. All
financial information is transmitted directly through a secure link to
our bank.
We may use contact information to make you aware of new items or promotions
in the furture.
